John Madden serves as the Chief Operating Officer for USP. John has over 35 years of experience in parking, transportation, and mobility access across the United States. John has worked in several different verticals including commercial and mixed-use properties, hospital and university campuses, stadiums and arenas, entertainment and convention centers, airports, hotels, mass transit, curbside management and municipal operations.

In his role as COO John is focused on USP’s operational excellence and fiscal management. John is responsible for executing strategic growth initiatives that include digital technology and mobility, operational expansion, business development and USP’s growth through focusing on creating smart parking assets maximizing revenue through innovation and efficiency while enhancing the customer’s experience.
